Hanuman

Hanuman, son of the wind god, is Rama's most devoted servant. He leaps across the ocean to Lanka, finds Sita, and carries a whole mountain to save Lakshmana's life.

His mask balances strength and humility — a powerful jaw and crown alongside gentle, devotional eyes. The red tilaka marks his unwavering faith.

Hanuman is among the most beloved characters of Bhaona, and his mask is one of the most frequently commissioned from Majuli's workshops.
